🛡️ Member Grievance Policy
At The Autism Spark, your right to receive respectful, high-quality care is our highest priority. If at any point you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the services you or your learner receive, we encourage you to bring your concerns to us directly so we can address them promptly and respectfully.
Your first point of contact should be your Behavior Therapist or Supervising Clinician. If your concerns remain unresolved, you may reach out to our Clinical Director or submit a formal grievance to our Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement Committee. Additionally, you may file a grievance with your insurance provider if applicable.
Common Reasons for Filing a Grievance:
You felt disrespected or mistreated by a Behavior Therapist or BCBA
Therapy sessions were frequently canceled or inconsistently delivered
You are dissatisfied with the quality or effectiveness of your learner’s therapy
