Member Grievance Policy
As a client of The Autism Spark, you have the right to effective quality care. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our services, we ask that you avoid bringing any complaints to your direct care Behavior Therapist. The Supervising Clinician is your first point of contact and your best partner. If you are unsatisfied with the response, you may contact the Clinical Direct or you have the right to formally file a grievance (or complaint) with our Quality Department. You may also file a grievance with your insurance company.
Some reasons you may file a grievance include if you feel:
You weren’t treated with respect by the Behavior Therapist or BCBA
Your provider continuously cancels scheduled treatment
You weren’t satisfied with your therapy services.
To file a grievance with the Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement Committee , you may:
